2. Products, Pricing & Sizing
All products displayed on Jatayu—including traditional glass bangles, bridal sets, silk thread bangles, antique temple jewellery, and impon creations—are priced in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Because our glass bangles and jewellery pieces are handcrafted by traditional artisans, subtle nuances in color, glaze, and finish are natural characteristics of authentic craftsmanship.
Customers are responsible for verifying their wrist measurements against our official Bangle Size Guide (sizes 2.4, 2.6, 2.8) prior to placing an order.
3. Orders, Payments & Razorpay Gateway
All orders on Jatayu are placed online and processed through the Razorpay Secure Payment Gateway. Customers can complete payments instantly using any UPI application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), or Net Banking. Payment verification is automated in real time.
To protect our delicate handcrafted glass bangles from return transit breakage and guarantee direct express courier dispatch, Jatayu operates strictly as a 100% prepaid boutique. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are scheduled for packing and dispatch immediately upon confirmed payment receipt.
4. Safe Packaging & Transit Breakage Policy
We take extraordinary care in packaging our delicate items using multi-layered bubble cushioning and rigid protective outer cartons. In the rare event of transit damage to delicate glass bangles, claims must be accompanied by an unedited, continuous 360-degree unboxing video submitted to WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

All trademarks, branding, imagery, product photographs, and text content on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Jatayu. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
