Every bangle set and piece of jewellery at Jatayu undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. Because our products include delicate glass bangles and sacred ceremonial sets worn for intimate celebrations, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to balance customer satisfaction with hygiene and transit safety.
While we pack every order with heavy-duty shockproof bubble wrapping, glass bangles are fragile by nature. If you receive broken or damaged bangles, you must record an unedited, continuous 360-degree unboxing video showing the sealed parcel being opened and the damaged contents. Send this video along with your Order ID to WhatsApp (+91 96773 13032) within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will dispatch free replacement bangles immediately or issue a full refund.
We understand that wrist sizing can occasionally differ. If your bangles do not fit, we accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the bangles are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges. Please refer to our Bangle Size Guide to ensure accurate measurements.
Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (bank account, UPI handle, or card) through the Razorpay Payment Gateway within 5 to 7 business days following physical receipt and inspection of the returned package at our boutique studio.
